Foguetão com três astronautas a bordo a caminho da Estação Espacial Internacional
Três astronautas partiram ao início da tarde de hoje para a Estação Espacial Internacional (ISS, na sigla internacional), a bordo do vaivém russo Soyuz. O lançamento foi transmitido em direto pela agência espacial dos EUA.
Serena Maria Auñón-Chancellor (NASA), Alexander Gerst (Agência Espacial Europeia) e o cosmonauta russo Sergey Prokopyev foram a tripulação que, nos próximos seis meses, vai viver fora da Terra.
Na ISS encontram-se atualmente três astronautas.
A viagem demora cerca de dois dias, pelo que só ao final da manhã de sexta-feira é que a Souyz deverá acoplar à ISS.

They are launching from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. The three astronauts will enter the station around midday on Friday, June 8th. They will remain on the station for six months, joining three other astronauts who are already in space.
